Accomplish Children's Trust Privacy Policy

This privacy policy sets out how Accomplish Children's Trust CIO (henceforth “Accomplish”) uses and protects any information that you provide to Accomplish. In this policy below, "we", "our", or "us" refer to Accomplish.

Accomplish is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Where you provide information by which you can be identified, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. Accomplish may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. We do not share your personal information, except where legally permitted to do so.

WHAT WE COLLECT

We may collect the following information:
 

  • Name

  • Contact information including email address and/or postal address

  • Financial payment details in relation to your donations to Accomplish
     

Special personal information is data about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data. We do not collect any special personal information about you.

 
WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE GATHER

We require this information to understand your needs and provide communications to you in regard to the activities of Accomplish or in regard to your financial support of Accomplish. If you have subscribed to our Newsletter or Prayer Letters we will use your supplied contact information to send these to you, using your preferred contact means; email or postal.  We do not share this information with any third parties for any other purpose.  If you are a financial support of Accomplish and provide Gift Aid donations, we are legally obliged to pass your details to HMRC for processing of the Gift Aid tax relief.
 

WE MAY USE THE INFORMATION TO IMPROVE OUR COMMUNICATIONS AND WEBSITE

We may periodically send promotional emails about new campaigns, events, activities and information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.   

From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes in support of growing the Accomplish charity. We may contact you by email or mail. We may use the information to customise the website or our communications.
 

INFORMATION WE PROCESS WITH YOUR CONSENT

Through certain actions when otherwise there is no contractual relationship between us, such as when you browse our website or ask us to provide you more information about Accomplish you provide your consent to us to process information that may be personal information.  Wherever possible, we aim to obtain your explicit consent to process this information, for example, by asking you to agree to our use of cookies.
